Step 2: Engagement with human sources: changes agents and a few social actors

• Interviews of this agents and actors to identify and elaborate the outcome statements
• Multi-stakeholders meeting to validate the outcomes statements that will be substantiate

Step 3: Substantiation of the outcomes with knowledgeable and independent informants

• Interviews of independent informants to confirm the outcomes and the contribution of the project to these changes.
• Synthesis and Final meeting to present the results to the stakeholders
